I made my first trip to India in October 2005. My objective was to see the tiger. I was really lucky to see the tiger many times and a saw a lot more. India indeed is a very interesting country for birders.

During my first visit I had the opportunity to make many photos of birds and other mammals. Really a country to go back, what I did 3 years later. In 2008 we, myself and Peter Jones, a wellknown biologist, made a "recce" tour in India to set up birding tours  for people who love wildlife in general.
